14 days to request your refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to the MasterCaption lifetime license.
How to request it
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, look up your purchase through Paddle support, or contact our team by email.
How your payment is returned
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. They usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
What happens to your license
After a refund, the license linked to that payment is deactivated.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
